Following the success of the Falcon 9, SpaceX are currently in the leadup to outdoing themselves again with Starship. The first launch of Starship is currently targeted for the 17th of April.

SpaceX's next generation vehicle will be the most powerful rocket ever made, capable of carrying an estimated 150 Tonnes to orbit. The industry anticipates that Starship will unlock new price points for mass to orbit, which will enable entirely new business models to emerge in space.

In the long term, it is likely that next generation space stations, solar power in space and in-space manufacturing companies will be key beneficiaries. There are already a number of startups planning their business & operations with the capabilities of Starship in mind (e.g. larger satellites, space stations & space infrastructure projects).
